Sales Account Manager

Whether you’re currently excelling at a design house, distributor, consultancy, or even in a manufacturing setting, your expertise is highly valued! We do require experience within the catering equipment, foodservice or hospitality supplies industry for this role.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with key existing clients. You’ll capitalize on existing business opportunities while actively seeking out new ones, ensuring sustained growth and customer satisfaction.

This role will give you the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most famous venues and hospitality groups delivering projects ranging from one-off installations and maintenance contracts to projects in excess of £1.5m!

You will be supported by an award-winning design, project management, and marketing team, so you can focus on your role.

Regardless of experience level, you’ll benefit from a hybrid working environment, uncapped commission plus other incentives.

Key responsbilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by effectively managing and growing existing accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Account Management: Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential growth areas.
  • Negotiation: Conduct effective negotiations to secure favorable terms and maximize sales revenue.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, design, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

 

The fit:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the catering equipment or foodservice industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • A deep understanding of the catering equipment or foodservice market.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
