Eight regions will battle against each other, with four chefs from each region. Each group of chefs will represent their region of origin, preparing a menu including an amuse-bouche, starter, a main course, a pre-dessert, and a dessert. One chef will be eliminated at the end of the first day, then another chef will leave at the end of the second day. Leaving two chefs in each region to cook for the judges and a special guest. Where one chef will be chosen to participate in the Regional finalist.
During finals week the eight regional finalists will compete, four of whom will cook a dish at the banquet, and an additional runner up will be serving their canapes and pre-desserts at the banquet.
