The Project
We were asked to design an ergonomic kitchen layout for a well-known Fast Food Establishment specialising in ‘good’ fast food.
The design would need to:
- Streamline the workflow and create a comfortable working environment for staff
- Optimise the small back-of-house space to create an ergonomic environment
- Deliver a high calibre design within their tight budget
- Provide a more efficient space for ambient and chilled goods storage
