The Project
Located in the heart of the New Forest, New Park Manor has a rich history dating back to 15th Century.
We were asked by the client to update their existing kitchen within their A La Carte restaurant, The Vinery. The project would form part of a whole hotel refurbishment, however on a quick turnaround to minimise closure time.
Our designs and the kitchen would need to;
- Create a comfortable working environment for staff, helping to streamline workflows
- Optimise the small space dedicated to warewashing to make the space more efficient
- Deliver a high quality design within the clients tight budget
- Feature leading suppliers like Electrolux Professional, RATIONAL and Winterhalter
